4 Easy Ways To Lose Weight
I’m not one for giving easy solutions to problems. The reason I haven’t tried any weight loss programs is because I know for a fact that no matter what program I try it will only be temporary. I just can’t seem to lose the weight I’ve gained, which is why I’m now feeling lazy about trying to lose weight. I’ve got a long way to go and each year I’m not motivated to work on my fitness to lose weight.
The good news is that I know there are easy solutions to lose weight. There are no pills, special foods, exercise, or special diets, but there are 4 things you can do right now to start losing weight and start feeling better.
1. Start walking.
What? You don’t like walking? You want to go straight to the gym and start lifting weights? Guess what, you can still start walking. The only reason I like walking is because I can do it alone. If I had someone to walk with me it would be boring. I prefer being alone and listening to my iPod. I’ve started walking again and it feels great to me. I walk in a mall twice a week and I love it. I have to be careful when I walk because sometimes when I walk in a mall I pass by the alcohol counter and my eyes light up. The truth is I don’t drink alcohol anymore, but I’m still tempted to have a glass of wine or two or three. When I pass by the alcohol counter I have to stop myself and remind myself that I’m only walking around in a mall so I have to remember why I’m there in the first place.
